Top Menu problem

Hi everyone,
I have a little problem with menu. The menu is basic, there are no plugins for the menu.
1st wide is OK
2nd wide is smaller
3th is far.

Menu > SPECIFIKACIE > Oftalmologia > Spotrebny material > Pe-Ha-Blue PLUS (Here is problem with menu, is not connected with second and the arrow is shifted).

Can anyone help me?

Use this CSS it should work. Goto Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below CSS.

.navbar-nav li ul li ul{
    width: 200px;
}
