Problem integrating widgets

I’m trying to implement the Call & Book Mobile Bar wordpress plugin, which displays a bar at the bottom of the phone screen to call and send email. I’m using this plugin in other sites and it works wonders, but I can´t get it to work in my site with Hotelica. It just displays the “call” and “book” texts at the top of the screen, like above all the content and with no format whatsoever. Do I have to follow any extra-steps to get it to work with Hotelica? I will also like to add some other plugins so I guess I need to get this going

I tested with 10 themes and still, the design is the same for all. You should contact the plugin developer for support because that plugin was not made by us. here is the support link for that plugin https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/callbook-mobile-bar/
